“Remote work is the future of work’.” - Alexis Ohanian (Reddit)
Because of COVID-19 more people than ever are now working from home. While the commute is certainly easier, remote working presents challenges to organisations and employees, like when your kids walk in on your video meetings. This new way of working is not going away.
COVID-19 restrictions have created the largest remote working experiment in human history. As restrictions are slowly lifted in Australia in the second half of 2020, business leaders will be faced with important decisions to get the balance between office and remote working right.
During this webinar, Luke will provide practical insights from Building 20's research, client feedback, and his own experience about how teams have transitioned to remote work during COVID-19 restrictions, their expectations on the future of remote work, and what managers can do to help their teams succeed when they're working offsite.
